Feeling Disconnected?

I am, but I don’t know why. I have an appointment in 20 minutes and I don’t know how to bring this up. I’ve been using a mood tracker that shows quite a bit, but does lack in some areas. I guess today is just a bad day. Bad day shouldn’t equal a bad life. I don’t know what to do to make this feeling go away. I’m afraid taking an ativan might only enhance this bullshit.

It’s days like today that I feel hopeless and crazy.
